Advancing with tenacity, empowering others on the journey toward a healthier planet and thriving communities

TENACITY’s Leadership Development Incubator, the Pathfinders’ Program, nurtures rising leaders and systems-thinking innovators to advance climate-health solutions. The program empowers participants from under-resourced communities in the US and developing economies to address converging climate-health threats through mentorship, skills development, and collaborative coalition-building opportunities. Participants apply their newly developed skills to address challenges faced by their communities, fostering the co-design of locally-driven solutions with global relevance. Upon completion, Pathfinders gain a direct pathway into TENACITY’s Wellness-Centered Climate-Health Tech Hub - our innovation center for initiatives driving transformative community and global impact. While the hub will eventually open to the public on a membership basis, Pathfinders enjoy priority access and integration as recognition of their advancement beyond the program.

Emerging leaders from under-resourced, vulnerable communities in the United States and developing economies are uniquely positioned to translate local experiences into innovations that advance global climate-health goals and create real-world impact. Building on this vantage point, TENACITY adopts a knowledge exchange model built on equitable global cooperation and co-creation with peers and communities across continents.

The Pathfinder Readiness Index

At TENACITY, we believe in the transformative potential of nurtured leadership. The Pathfinder Readiness Index (PRI), TENACITY's proprietary tool, serves as a development compass guiding participants through the Pathfinders' Program. The PRI  tracks each Pathfinder's growth journey by capturing progress in developing capacities across wellness-centered leadership, systems thinking, climate-health innovation, and community impact.

By serving as a forward looking pathway tool, the PRI helps identify strengths, growth areas, and readiness for advanced opportunities within and/or beyond TENACITY’s hub. The tool is designed as a  practical data-driven framework that transforms progress into purpose, and guides Pathfinders on their journey as they apply new skills to solve real-world challenges at the climate-health nexus.
